I started following a Ketogenic diet because I had a fall and injured my back the injury caused me to not be able to work out or do anything physical without extreme pain. As time went on I began to gain I have lost a total of 90 lbs and counting. I wanted to create a space for people to come together to share recipes, ideas and to help keep eachother motivated.
